Look who I was able to sit down and chat with?! Well, actually, I sat and she stood. I didn’t really get a choice. She stands and you sit.
If you are not yet familiar, please allow me to introduce: Ms Betty Halbreich; of Betty Halbreich Solutions in Bergdorf Goodman.
We talked and laughed a bunch about the interesting and amazing life of what we do. Betty has been dressing some of the World’s most elite women, for decades. At 85, she is a powerhouse in the biz and I am honored to have had a moment with her.
Halbreich reigns from Chicago and that Midwest blood runs deep, so I liked her even more.
Just before leaving Betty to her busy day, I asked for her biggest piece of advice. She said to find a different path and if not, don’t do it for too long or people might think you’ve gone crazy. Haha, quick as a whip!
Keep an eye out for her book and new series coming via Lena Dunham; to HBO: All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go.. So excited!
