My glass of choice was Basil Hayden’s
Kentucky Straight Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey.

Tasting Notes:
Aged 8 years
80 Proof
Golden amber in color
Spiced, tea, hint of peppermint aroma
Spicy, peppery, honey, light-bodied, gentle bite taste

I’d say that fairly sums it up, Cheers!
