Yet again, Hermes does not disappoint. I am loving the soft grey hues going back to the tonal browns, navy and forever black. The lines are clean and precise and the drape classically whispers: luxury.
I live just down the street from the Oak Street location and popping in for a visit is always a treat. Take a peek below at some of my favorite looks straight from the Paris runway.
Probably my top look. Nothing like a crisp white tailored blouse. Going against the muted grey supersoft leather and up to the voluminous fur. Mixing textures has to be done with finesse and finesse is exactly done here.
Tonal color pallete. The caramel leather top and the sienna belt is outstanding. This is a great expression of changing the look of the heather grey. The brown softens the grey and makes it very feminine. I at first was not feeling the shoe but am really liking it now. Nice option.
Here we have another look going back to grey and totally changing the overall feel. The wide lapel on the coat with the little notch cut out is so powerful. The softness of color balances the body in an excellent way. The deep v on the knit is fabulous and love the delicate black belt to break up the length.
Let’s start with the jacket because it is to die for. Almost a rusty sienna color. Very cool and nice option to go back to navy, grey and creme, too. High waisted skirt is so feminine and pretty. Again a white blouse, this time flowy and soft back to the narrow pencil skirt. Great contrast.
Sexy sexy suit. While the deep v is a bit edgy for a traditional career suiting, it is super sexy for a night out on the town. Would be just as easy to slip on a silk shell for a more conservative day look. The coat is like butter and collectively this look is gorge.
Excellent attitude with the button positioning on the coat. Narrow pant offers a nice balance to the top. The definition of power suit.
Of course what would the collection be without a lovely silk slip dress. I can hear the Parisian music playing in the street now.
A lot of ladies are wearing the coats almost the way she would if a man offered her his on a chilly night. Very romantic and again feminine. Love it!
